We collect customer information necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent customer information. At Imprint915, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel while respecting intellectual property laws.  By submitting a design for printing, the customer confirms that they own the rights or have obtained proper authorization to reproduce the artwork, logos, or trademarks provided.

Imprint915 will not knowingly reproduce or print copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization. This includes, but is not limited to, brand logos, professional sports teams, collegiate trademarks, and licensed artwork. Imprint915 reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright or trademark laws. The customer assumes all responsibility for any legal claims arising from unauthorized use of protected materials. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Because products are custom made, refunds and returns are generally not accepted. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Approved claims may result in a replacement, reprint, or refund at Imprint915's discretion. 

Most custom orders require 3–10 business days for production after artwork approval and payment. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Imprint915 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect customer information. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. 

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Outstanding balances must be paid before products are released or shipped. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Once artwork has been approved, Imprint915 is not responsible for errors including spelling, grammar, sizing, colors, or placement approved by the customer. 

Color variations, garment texture differences, and minor placement variations are normal within the apparel printing industry. Proper application, care, and washing instructions should be followed to maximize product longevity.
